Almond Flour Brownies

Almond Flour Brownies
  • 5 tbsp. Melted Butter
  • 1 3/4c. Sugar
  • 1/2tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4c. Cocoa Powder
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 1/2c. Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8" square pan or 9" round pan; either should be at least 2" deep.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the melted butter, sugar, salt, vanilla, cocoa, and eggs
3. Stir in the almond flour and baking powder
4. Scoop the batter into the pan, spreading it to the edges.
5. Bake the brownies for 33-35 minutes, until the top is set and test it with a toothpick.
6. Let cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
7. Cut into 12 or 16 squares and ENJOY!
