  • 8oz water
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Diced Pears (A Drained Pear Fruit Cup Works Really Well)
  • 1/2 Avocado
1. Add 8 oz of water into blender.
2. Add in Vanilla Protein and Blend.
3. Add in Avocado and Blend
4. Then Add in the Pears and Blend Some More!

Enjoy!
The Avocado is barely noticeable because of the sweet taste of the pears.
