When we think of the unknown, we tend to think far in the future.
5, 10, 15 year plans...wondering what will become of us. We typically find comfort in our day to day routines in knowing what to expect and what certain events and experiences look like. All of that has flipped. We now feel anxiety going to the store and during day to day activities, because we are unsure of protocols or if things have changed between the time we looked it up and to the moment it's happening. Fear, Anxiety, Depression, Negativity, Dread, Stress, Hardships are all starting to creep into even the most positive people.
I want to encourage you to keep going and keep trying until you find Your own path. I hope to provide you with some tips that have helped me through these times so far.
