Chicken Pesto Pizza

Make according to your liking.
Approximately 300 Calories for the entire Pizza.
Chicken Pesto Pizza
  • Whole Grain & Flax Tortilla
  • Pesto
  • Red Onion
  • Chicken Pieces
  • Fresh Broccoli
  • Cherry Sized Tomatoes
  • Shredded Cheese
1. Set the oven at 400 degrees F.
2. Lay out a Whole Grain & Flax Tortilla (or any tortilla) on a pan or pizza pan
3. Spread Pesto onto the Tortilla
4. Chop Up Red Onion and sprinkle on top to your liking.
5. Chop up Chicken and lay on top to your liking
6. Chop up Fresh Broccoli and Tomatoes and lay on top to your liking. (Use fresh broccoli and not frozen...frozen may make tortilla soggy)
7. Sprinkle a little bit of Shredded Cheese on top. Not too much. You want to see all the veggies.
8. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
9. Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut into 4 slices. ENJOY!!!!
