Cool Oats For Breakfast

Approximately 450 Calories per serving

  • 1/2 c. Gluten Free Oats
  • 1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • Small handful fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice

For Topping:
  • 1/2 Tbsp almond butter
  • small handful fresh blueberries
1. Layer Oats, Protein Powder, Chia Seeds, Banana Slices, and blueberries in a jar/container.
2. Add almond milk.
3. Refrigerate and eat in the morning.
