Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

**Remember this is for the dough, not the toppings you choose to put on top.

  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2/3 c. milk
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a rimmed pizza pan or baking sheet.
2. In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, oregano, and black pepper. Mix in eggs and milk; stir well. Pour batter into prepared pan and tilt until evenly coated. (I used a spoon to lightly even and smooth it into a circle.)
3. Arrange toppings of choice on top of batter. (Will not look like pizza dough consistency...more batter consistency.)
4. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until crust is set.
5. Remove crust from oven. Drizzle on pizza sauce and sprinkle on cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.

You can also create your pizza how ever you want. I personally don't even think the sauce and cheese on top is totally necessary. That's the great things about pizzas! You can create them however you'd like!
