About This Workbook:

This 12 week program is designed to challenge you in the gym. Yes, You need gym equipment for this workbook. It's time to work out with intention and switch things up a bit!

I will be your coach and I will guide you through every step of the way. I provide access to exercise videos for each workout as well to help you.

This program is designed to build and sculpt your body in a healthy way by:

  • Eating a healthy balance of foods according to your specific weight range.
  • Find your specific weight range.
  • Follow any of the 8 menus provided for you in your section.
  • Move to different weight ranges, when needed, as you progress through the training program to continue seeing progress.
  • Working you through different phases in the gym to transform your physique.
  • Weeks 1-4: Building Strength with individual sets and lower repetitions
  • Weeks 5-8: Muscular Definition with supersets and a little higher repetitions
  • Week 9-12: Sculpting with giant sets and even higher repetitions
