Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Approximately 142 calories for 1 fillet
Carbs: 1.4g Protein: 23.1g . Fats: 4.4g

  • 1 Tilapia Fillet
  • 2 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp butter
  • 1/4 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • Pepper to taste
1. Preheat over to 375. Spray a cooking dish with non-stick cooking spray. (You can also use foil for easy clean up.)
2. Rinse Tilapia fillet with cool water and pat dry with paper towel
3. Place Fillet on Backing dish, Drizzle with Lemon Juice, Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, and pepper.
4. Bake in oven until fish is white and easy to pull apart with a fork, about 30 minutes.
