Recipe for a huge portion of Pico De Gallo (approximately 6 cups):

Approximately 300 calories for this huge bowl of pico de gallo.

1 cup serving will be about 50 calories.

  • 1c. White onion
  • 1c. Red onion
  • 1c. Green pepper
  • 1c. Yellow pepper
  • 1c. Cucumber
  • Cilantro to liking
  • 8 small tomatoes
  • Tbsp of minced garlic
  • Add jalapeno pepper to add a kick.
