  • 8oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Cocoa Powder (for baking)
  • 8 Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • Ice to liking
1. Mix All ingredients in a blender
2. The chocolate chips will get chopped and fall to the bottom, which allows you to enjoy that taste of chocolate treat at the end of your shake.
3. Add Ice to your liking. I like to add just enough to make it cold but not enough to make it too watery.

Tips: Of course calories will vary based on ingredient brands and types that you use.
*You can use water instead of unsweetened almond milk
*You can use water with a splash of creamer
*You can use chunky peanut butter instead of creamy.
*You can use any brand of protein, but try to keep it to vanilla or chocolate to keep the chocolate and peanut butter flavors.
