Terms and Conditions
You are advised to read (and are responsible for reading) all information set out in these terms and conditions fully.
The Trainer's Obligations:
*The trainer will use their skills and knowledge to design a safe program of exercise to achieve the clients goals.
*This will take into account: the client's age, health, lifestyle, background, occupation, fitness levels, likes and dislikes related to exercise and personality.
*The Trainer will endeavor to educate, motivate and inspire the Client to reach these goals.
*The trainer will provide the coaching, advice and support that the client will need to help them achieve their goals during each session.
*Your trainer may require a letter of 'medical clearance' from your GP depending on your health status. (Please be aware that your GP may charge for providing this letter)
*Your trainer cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.
*To lead by example and give 100% commitment.
*To be completely honest if goals are unattainable.
The Client's Obligations:
*Be on time for scheduled call sessions.
*The client is required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
*Clothes should be loose fitting and non-restrictive. Footwear should be comfortable and provide adequate support.
*Commit to the program 100% in order to achieve results.
*Provide all information needed to achieve goals eg. Food diary, measurements
If the trainer requires, provide further medical information from a practitioner.
Starting Online Coaching Sessions:
The designated coaching package will begin once the medical and contract forms are signed and the trainer has scheduled the first workout or menu into the Katydid Fitness Mobile App.
If A Trainer Goes On Vacation:
If an online trainer goes on vacation, the number of days in which that trainer was unavailable or able to effectively train you or hold you accountable will be added to your online coaching session. Since online coaching is different than in person coaching, online coaches are available more often and we want to ensure that you get the time and attention you deserve through our service.
Fee Charging Policy:
The online coaching packages offered are in increments of 1 month, 2 months, or 3 month packages. There may be installment fees for the 2 and/or 3 month coaching packages. With Installment fees, you will pay a designated amount monthly until the fee is paid in full.

Long Term Absences - Injury, Illness, Pregnancy & Other
Will be dealt with fairly and on an individual basis. Sessions can be used when you are well and able to do so again. If you are unable to return to the original or an amended version of the training program after an agreed period of time (6 months or more) the sessions may be transferred to another suitable person or a refunded. (see below for refund structure)
Contract Cancellation & Refunds Policy
If you decide to cancel your chosen package, you will be refunded in the following manner:
3 Month Packages
If you cancel within the first 2 weeks, 75% of the first installment payment will be refunded and the rest of the payments will not be charged or invoiced.
If you cancel between 3-4 weeks, 50% of first installment payment will be refunded and the rest of the payments will not be charged or invoiced.
If you cancel between 5-6 weeks, 75% of the second installment payment will be refunded and the rest of the payments will not be charged or invoiced. remaining sessions.
Cancellations after 7 weeks ( 42 days from initial session) will not be entitled to a refund.
2 Month Packages:
If you cancel within 1-2 weeks, 75% of your first installment payment will be refunded and you will not be charged with the remaining payments.
If you cancel in between the 3-4 week, you will receive 50% refund of the first installment payment and will not be charged for the remaining payments.
If you cancel in the 5th week, 25% of the second installment payment will be refund.
Cancellations after the 5th week will not be entitled to a refund.
1 Month Package:
Must cancel within the 1st week in order to get a 75% refund.
Cancellations after the 1st week will not be entitled to a refund.
